About this edition

Discharge is an English hardcore punk band formed in 1977. The band's sound is characterized by a minimalistic approach to music and lyrics. They use a heavy, distorted, and grinding guitar-driven sound with raw, shouted vocals. Their lyrics focus on anarchist and pacifist themes over intense drone-like rhythms. Notable tracks on this release include "Realities Of War", "Fight Back", "Religion Instigates", and "Tomorrow Belongs To Us".
